I'm Linda Boryski, your enthusiastic (but easy going!) guide to an active and healthy lifestyle. 

With years of experience and a passion for well-being, I'm here to help you thrive!  

As a Physical Therapist and Medical Yoga Therapist, I geek out on the science behind staying healthy and fabulous.
